I am pleased to join Nuffnang group to visit Mamee Factory as a blogger.
You're probably asking me: Why am I trying hard to introduce Mamee products? or maybe something special about Mamee? It's only a FOOD products. Yeah i know, BUT...i'm sure that you are not completely au fait the Mamee processing system.

Mamee Chef launched three flovours- Perisa Tom Yam Thai, Perisa Laksa Kari, Perisa Ayam Pedas Shitake.

Each packet of Mamee chef comes with different condiments for different flavours such as Prawns, bite-sized tofu, shitake mushroom vegatables. Recipes are made with fresh ingredients of herbs and spices.
How delicate is Mamee Chef that provide such a delicious flavours of instant noodles based on customers' needs. *Hope to have a cup right now :/p *
After some welcoming speeches and also breifing about mamee factory by the person-in-charge, we've so pleased to get to enjoy the demonstration on how's the ramen is pulling and folding traditionally by the chef from China. Mi Tarik (Ramen)- Lain Daripada Yang Lain. It was quite an eye-opener.

We are great to know the process of making mamee snack and also mamee noodle from our tour guide, Mr Ham (the factory manager). Overall, it is awesome! What i though i can only watch the processing on TV but I witnessed on spot !
The noodle line of Mamee snack and Mamee noodle is processing respectively.
The process involves Mixing, Rolling, Cutting, Frying, Colling, and Packing. The workers keep on proper wear as to ensure the food is prepared in a hygiene condition.

OF COURSE, FILLING OUR CUP FULL ! ( Place cup into the slot, choose your condiments, lidding, wrapping, shrink wrapping, mamee cup is done!) It really surprised me after the cup is undergoing the shrink wrapping process, the cup pass through the heat tunnel on the conveyor, the wrapping paper shrink tightly over the noodle cup.

Really appreciate this time of trip to Mamee Factory in Malacca. Yeah, i learned something extra !
